Returns

We do not accept any returns

Exchanges (UK only)

We are happy to exchange an item within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and unwashed and have all the original tags attached. We cannot accept items that have distinct odors or signs of wear and tear. Please make sure to keep on all tags until you have tried on the items and are satisfied with the fit.

We assess all returns on this basis and if your item fails this assessment we will not be able to proceed with the exchange. Patience does not provide pre- paid return or exchange labels and you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return. 

Helpful Hint: Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in- transit.

Once we have received your package and it has been assessed you will be informed on what action is being taken. We aim to process your exchange within 5-7 days of receipt, however during peak periods this may take longer. You will receive an email confirmation when we receive your parcel and when the exchange is processed.
